If you've followed this blog for any amount of time, you'll know I am a CDN (Certifiable Disney Nut).  So...I tend to follow pretty closely how they do business, especially when it comes to organizational creativity, innovation and imagineering.  That's why it was no surprise to me to see the news that Disney is looking to its past in order to imagine its future.

Just announced this week: 

Disney Launches Global Research & Development Labs with Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich)
