When I decided to include advertising in the sidebar of the blog, I promised myself (and my readers) that I would screen and filter out any banner ads that included the annoying and questionable "YOU'VE WON A FREE LAPTOP" style of marketing.

Somehow, over the weekend, two of these ads slipped past my review.  I have removed, and tagged for future rejection, the offending ads. 

Please accept my apology for subjecting you to these ridiculous marketing tactics.
