Okay, so I have to fully admit up front that I am a certifiable Disney Nut!  I actually discovered my passion for organizational creativity and innovation in 2000 at the week-long Disney Institute Program on Managing for Innovation. 

Since then, I have attended numerous other Disney Institute programs including this specific behind the scenes opportunity, the "Innovation In Action" Tour.

If you can get to Orlando early and get yourself on this fantastic tour, PLEASE do so!!!  It will be very informative, very entertaining and very eye-opening!!!
