Some of you may have seen my response to the annual Innovation Tools Lesson Learned survey. 

In a nutshell, my comment was that people need to stop asking themselves if they are innovating "fast enough," and start asking themselves if they are innovating "bold enough."  Incrementalism and breakthrough innovations are NOT equal.
