Great Innovation Culture Article - READ IT!

Just a quick shout out for a great article by James Todhunter called Driving Innovation Culture to Thrive in Lean Times.  This article very succinctly advocates (and educates about) solid innovation culture creation and maintenance.  If there is anything I would hope for in 2008, it is that everyone interested in innovation and organizational creativity actually take the next step in making it happen.
