This Innovation Maturity Model is designed to assess your innovation capability level across a broad spectrum of proven innovation-supporting traits and systems: culture, leadership engagement, people, processes, tools/techniques, training, facilities, idea capture, idea management, strategic planning and metrics.  This model is a "work-in-progress" and will be modified to better define the maturity levels from time to time.
